Business Services

Al Sayed Group provides a number of business services to support foreign companies to operate in an efficient, compliant and professional manner.

Broker Services

The Alsayed Group team of brokers and Government Relations professionals provide a crucial service to our Clients as the Saudi market is still a place where documents, attestations, stamps, and certificates are required to perform even the most basic business functions.

Processes are often convoluted and rarely documented so relying on experienced and knowledgeable brokers is essential.

From importing goods to the Kingdom to opening a bank account and everything in between, the Alsayed Group brokers are here to support you.

Back Office Services

If you already have an entity registered in the Kingdom, Alsayed Group can still help! A number of our clients have found navigating the maze of company related rules and regulations to be very difficult.

We provide a Back Office management service to foreign companies with an entity registered in Saudi Arabia from filing audited accounts to managing online company portals. As your trusted partner we work under a Service Level Agreement to ensure the services that the entity, your employees and their dependents require to comply with Saudi regulations are delivered efficiently, on-time and in a professional way.

Consultancy/Brokerage

Al Sayed Group provides a number of consultancy and ad-hoc services from across our expatriate and Saudi national staff. Example areas of expertise include Saudi business development support, Saudi procurement (sourcing and pricing), legal and commercial guidance, government relations (including customs and import), in Kingdom admin and logistics, translation and interpreting, Saudi tendering, bid writing, red team review and final submission support.

Contracting Services

It is becoming more common for the Saudi customer community to insist that contracts be awarded to locally registered entities. In the case of Government customers, their budgets are increasingly allocated as national funds to be ‘spent’ within the Kingdom and the private sector is becoming more averse to overseas contracts and payment transfers.

The approach to awarding contracts does, of course, vary on the type of sale and the nature of the goods or services.

In appropriate circumstances, Alsayed Group can take the main contract from the customer on behalf of the foreign company. We use a collaborative framework to ensure that the relationship between Alsayed Group and the foreign company remains compliant with relevant Saudi legal requirements and is acceptable to the Saudi customer.

Enterprise Nursery

The decision to establish an entity in Saudi Arabia should not be taken lightly. The Enterprise Nursery provides an opportunity to establish an entity in partnership with Alsayed Group and uses the principles of the franchise model to provide an accelerated, legal and value for money route to market for foreign businesses.
